I. Damaged/Defective Merchandise
Our company takes great care to ensure we provide quality products that are packaged to reach you safely.
Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully upon arrival. If you do receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at +86 184 0208 9528 within 48 hours so we can arrange for a pickup and replacement of the item.

II. Returns/Exchanges
Merchandise returned under the below guidelines will be fully examine and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

III. Refunds
If you receive any item that is damaged or defective, we shall offer a full money-back guarantee subject to inspection of the goods. You will be eligible for a full reimbursement or exchange within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
